Published approval details

This vehicle substantially complies with ADR 79/04 using Japanese emissions standards as the basis of compliance. This Model Report approval is granted with the specified condition that only vehicles that have travelled fewer than 80,000 kilometres may be modified in accordance with the associated Work Instructions and presented to an Authorised Vehicle Verifier (AVV) for verification.  A request to remove this condition may be made by the approval holder by providing to the department an IM240 test that demonstrates the performance of the emissions system of a vehicle that has travelled greater than 80,000 kilometres and is able to be modified in accordance with the Work Instructions in this Model Report approval.
