All vehicles substantially comply with ADR 79/04 – Emission Control for Light Vehicles using Japanese emissions as the basis of compliance. Vehicles fitted with the YD25 engine have no km limit imposed. Vehicles fitted with QR25 engine built from 11/2016 onwards must not have travelled more than 101,746km. All other variants must not have travelled more than 80,000km. A request to remove this condition may be made by the approval holder by providing to the department an IM240 test that demonstrates the performance of the emissions system of a vehicle that has travelled greater than 80,000kilometres and is able to be modified in accordance with the Work Instructions in this Model Report approval. This vehicle substantially complies with the access to living space requirements as the door height is less than 1400mm.
